About Out of System
Out of System was founded in 2020 by professional players Joe and Gage Worsley alongside Micah Ma’a, with a mission to connect the volleyball community and elevate the sport’s visibility. What began during quarantine has grown into one of the most recognizable brands in volleyball, known for its authentic voice and deep connection to players.
The Worsley brothers, who grew up immersed in the sport, have carried that lifelong passion into both their professional careers and the OOS platform — creating training environments that reflect the creativity, competitiveness, and adaptability required in today’s game.
