BAYLOR
Head Coach: Ryan McGuyre Through six seasons at the helm of Baylor volleyball, head coach Ryan McGuyre has put the program amongst the sport's biggest names and into the national spotlight. After narrowly missing the postseason in his first year, McGuyre and the Bears marched their way to the program's first Big 12 title and the NCAA National Semifinals in 2019 while earning the school's first No. 1 AVCA national ranking and No. 1 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament.
McGuyre followed up the historic 2019 campaign by leading the Bears to their second consecutive NCAA Regional Semifinal berth in 2020, marking just the third time in program history that the program has reached the Sweet 16 (2009, 2019, 2020). Now entering his seventh season at BU, McGuyre has compiled six consecutive winning seasons, five-straight 20-win seasons and a program-best five consecutive NCAA appearances since his arrival in 2015.
