Jen Flynn Oldenburg
Head Coach - Ohio State

Picture
Jen Flynn Oldenburg, a former four-year standout for the Buckeyes, returned to Columbus as the head coach of the Ohio State women’s volleyball program on Jan. 17, 2020. Oldenburg is the sixth head coach of the Buckeyes in the 48-year history of the program.

Oldenburg graduated from Ohio State in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in sport and leisure studies and spent the 2001 season on staff as a volunteer assistant coach for the Buckeyes. During her time on the court from 1996-99, she recorded 3,213 career assists (7th) and 1,138 digs (12th) to secure her place in the program’s history book. She handed out 1,587 assists during the 1997 campaign to check in at No. 4 among OSU’s single-season leaders.

Head Coach - West Virginia

Reed Sunahara enters his fifth season at the helm of the Mountaineers after being named the coach of the West Virginia University volleyball program in March of 2015.

Under his supervision, the Mountaineers made the postseason for the first time since 1991, reaching the 2017 National Invitational Volleyball Championship (NIVC) Semifinals. The tournament bid was made possible with an upset of No. 14 Kansas in the regular-season finale on Nov. 25.

Dan Fisher
Head Coach - Pittsburgh

In six seasons at the helm, Dan Fisher has elevated Pitt volleyball to unprecedented heights, securing the program’s first ACC Championships (2017, 2018).

A two-time ACC and American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) East Region Coach Region of the Year (2017, 2018), Fisher has spotlighted the Panthers on the national stage. He has guided the team to the NCAA Tournament more than any coach in program history (2016, 2017, 2018) and was instrumental in Pitt’s bid to host the first two rounds of the 2018 NCAA Volleyball Tournament at Petersen Events Center – a first for the program.
